  • We do not hold you responsible for any damage that may occur to your devices on installation / use of the application.
  • We are not responsible for any possible damage to your equipment on installation / use of the application.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by a third party in connection with the information you provide.
  • Do not file false complaints against another candidate. If you do so, you will have to take legal action against yourself and bear all the costs incurred if the profile is removed from this website based on that complaint. We also have the right to suspend your profile and lose your money.
  • Hadasara.lk members should not post their grievances / complaints on social media.

The medium of communication

  • Hadasara.lk member hereby consents for receiving communication including promotional communications through any medium of communications such as electronic mails, calls, SMS or through Whatsapp messages from Hadasara.lk or other portals owned by Hadasara.lk or their alliance partners.
  • Once you agree to the Terms & Conditions on the Hadasara.lk website, you are willing to receive communication on our service. Accordingly, we will provide you with messages regarding our promotional services, advertisements and profiles of affiliates through the above mentioned communication methods.
  • If there are any interruptions to the above services you have provided, you should provide us with alternatives and our service will be restored after verifying them.

Termination of membership

Disputes between members

  • Any dispute between the parties should be resolved peacefully.
  • Hadasara.lk is not responsible in any way for any disputes between members.
  • Hadasara.lk has no obligation, to monitor any disputes arising between the Hadasara.lk members, and Hadasara.lk shall not be party to any dispute/litigation.

Compensation

We are not liable for any form of financial loss or any other form of loss / damage caused by the use of this website.

Mode of Payment

  • Payment for Hadasara.lk service should be made to Hadasara.lk only and not to any other party.
  • Payment can be made by cash /cheque / credit card / debit card / easy cash / m cash / net banking /…...... The service will be activated after payment is completed properly.
  • If the cheque are dishonored at the time of payment, you are liable to pay the relevant amount with bank charges.

Refunds and transfer

  • The payments made by Hadasara.lk member to membership and renewal fee are non-refundable.
  • Your Hadasara.lk membership cannot be transferred to any other person or organization.
  • Payment made for Hadasara.lk services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company or another party.

Renewal

  • We look forward to renewing the membership 7 days before and 7 days after the end of the membership period. You will receive a notification to your e-mail address and / or mobile number.
  • The maximum duration of a free package is one month (30 days) and the service life of paid packages is 3 months and 6 months.
  • Each package must be renewed after the expiration date.

Limitation of liability

Hadasara.lk or its Office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible to the Hadasara.lk member or his/her authorized Representative or Guardian or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages resulting from the use of our Website/App/Third Party Website/Hadasara.lk services.
